Our CEO is a College of Business Executive Mentor!

Niels Andersen, our CEO, is joining other industry leaders to share insights with University of West Florida (UWF) students. Niels joins an impressive group of executives for the panel discussion titled, “What Employers are Looking for in New Hires,” which will be held Saturday, October 18th.

Niels brings nearly 25 years of experience in health care management, physician recruitment, medical staff development planning, medical group development and expansion, practice acquisitions, strategic business development, and healthcare marketing and finance.

He is a contributor to several publications including Recruiting Physicians Today, Unique Opportunities and various healthcare industry newsletters. He is also a faculty member at the American Academy of Medical Management, where he teaches in the subject of physician recruitment and retention.
