File Upload Manager

Our new centralized online file storage area makes it easier for all team members to keep track of recruiting related documents, including CV's, contracts, letters, profiles, templates, etc.

More File Upload Features:

  • Upload a wide range of document types, including MSWORD [.doc], MSExcel [.xls], Adobe Acrobat [.pdf], Text [.txt] documents
  • Secure https connection ensures files cannot be intercepted in transit during upload or download
  • Encrypted file names provide an additional level of security
  • Files can be of any size. Additional storage costs will be incurred if total file size exceeds 20MB
  • File Manager stores the File Name, File Category, Description, Who Posted the file, Upload date and time, File Size.

Copy Opportunity

This feature enables you to duplicate an existing opportunity with one click, then go back and edit the details. This is quicker than creating a new opportunity from scratch. The Copy Opportunity icon is found on the View All Opportunities results page.

Additional User Security Levels

Choose the exact level of security each user has and what information they have access to.  The security options put the company administrator in control of who sees what data.

  • You now have the option of selecting from the following additional user security levels: Enterprise Administrator, Senior Recruiter, Recruiter, Candidate Coordinator, Opportunity Coordinator, View Only, and Credentialing Specialist.
  • Each Security level enables the user to access only a specific part of the application. For example if you wanted a user to be able to view opportunity details, but not private interview notes on individual candidates, then you would set that user up at a specific user security level.

Add Internet Links to Hospital and Community Profiles

You can now add Internet hyperlinks to any Hospital or Community Profile. This is helpful when looking for more information about a particular clinic or community location. These links can optionally be added to opportunities posted live to your company website or emailed to potential candidates.
