Our new centralized online file storage area makes it easier for all team members to

Choose the exact level of security each user has and what information they have
access to. The security options put the company administrator in control of who
sees what data.
- You now have the option of selecting from the following additional user security
levels: Enterprise Administrator, Senior Recruiter, Recruiter, Candidate Coordinator,
Opportunity Coordinator, View Only, and Credentialing Specialist.
- Each Security level enables the user to access only a specific part of the
application. For example if you wanted a user to be able to view opportunity details,
but not private interview notes on individual candidates, then you would set that user
up at a specific user security level.

You can now add Internet hyperlinks to any Hospital or Community Profile. This is
helpful when looking for more information about a particular clinic or community
location. These links can optionally be added to opportunities posted live to your
company website or emailed to potential candidates.
