Overview
Classroom and Toolkit Modules
Full access to the Classroom and Toolkit modules at no extra charge is
available to all LicenseesData Storage.
KontactIntelligence has the ability to store any kind of electronic documents including CV’s,
contracts, images, etc.. At no extra charge, the initial allocation is 20MB [1-3 user level];
40MB [4-6 user level]; 60MB [7-10 user level]; 120 MB [11-19 user level]. Should usage exceed
these levels, additional fees will be charged at the rate of $1/MB/month.
Enterprise Licensing
A one-time license is available for purchase. The one-time fee covers user licenses in blocks
of 50 users. For larger clients, the purchase of this one time licensing fee provides a
significant cost benefit for organizations with more than 37 users. A one-time license
requires the purchase of an annual maintenance contract which entitles the user to all updates
and services available to an annual license holder. The maintenance fee is 10% of the total
purchase price of all licenses. Please contact us for more information.
