This module takes you through a step by step process to fully define
each opportunity. This process enables you to collect and analyze the data needed to assure
that there is enough demand to warrant the addition of a new physician. Practice details such
as history, personnel, rationale behind the recruitment effort, financial package, hospital
profile, and community profile are compiled, automatically creating a packaged recap report
that can be printed or viewed online by prospective candidates.
This tool, because of the depth of data gathering it requires, positions you as a true
advocate and consultant providing your client with peace of mind that all factors are being
considered in the decision to proceed with the recruitment effort. This will also aid in
managing the client's expectations. The profiler's components are flexible and can be
